Early-stage businesses face uncertainty in protecting their innovations and securing the intellectual property (IP) needed to scale and attract investment. Without proper IP strategies, startups risk exposing their ideas to competitors, losing market opportunities, and facing costly legal challenges. Many founders struggle with navigating the complexities of patents, trademarks, and copyrights, which can delay growth and diminish investor confidence. Without clear guidance, they may not know when or how to invest in IP protection or align their IP strategies with long-term business goals, putting their company’s future at risk.
This AMA session will provide founders with a roadmap, guiding participants through the essential steps of IP protection, including when and how to register patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and how to develop a cost-effective IP strategy tailored to their startup’s needs. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask specific questions as it relates to their business.
How do I ensure my innovations are safeguarded as my business grows?
