Lisa Oldridge

Lisa is Founding Principal of Fulcrum Advisors and Principal with Ozone Advisory, and was The51’s inaugural Investment Director. She been advising boards, founders, executives and GPs on strategy, governance, finance and ESG performance integration for the last decade.

Before this, Lisa spent over 15 yrs in the capital markets on both the buy- and sell-sides, including as Managing Director, Institutional Equity Sales & Research and Portfolio Manager.

She has served almost 25 years on private, crown, and NFP boards, currently sitting on the boards of the Calgary Airport Authority and 360EEC, an environmental engineering firm, and on the ICD Calgary Chapter Executive.

Lisa holds a CFA charter, an MBA (Finance) from the Haskayne School of Business, the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the ISSB (IFRS) Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting.
